For the minced meat, cut into strips. Cut bacon into small cubes. Peel onions and chop finely. Wash peppers, remove core and cut into strips.
Fry bacon until translucent, add oil and heat. Add onion and fry until golden brown. Add meat pieces, roast, season with salt and pepper.
Add bell pepper strips and anchovy paste, pour a little water and stew until soft. Whisk flour and sour cream.
Bind the meat with it and let it boil away. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
