In a L of boiling salted water, add the cornmeal and bubble, stirring continuously, until you get a thick porridge. The smoked bacon is cut into small cubes and fried. Grease an ovenproof dish with the bacon grease. Dip a tablespoon in the remaining bacon grease, then cut large dumplings from the cornmeal with the saved spoon and place them in the ovenproof dish. In between, always sprinkle the dumplings with grams and feta cheese. Puliska can be served with meat or onion roast with sauce.
