Prepare pasta as usual.

Cut ham and cheese into small cubes. Heat the butter in a saucepan or possibly in a frying pan with high sides, but be careful not to burn it (brown). Add the ham and sauté, then add the cheese (perhaps reduce the temperature) and let it slowly melt. Add half a cup of whipped cream. Season subtly with salt, pepper and nutmeg. When the Gorgonzola is completely melted, pour in the rest of the whipped cream and simmer. In the meantime, drain the pasta and return to the saucepan. Pour the sauce over the pasta, mix well and serve hot.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
