For the plums wrapped in bacon, wash the plums, cut them open on one side and take out the pit. Place them on the grids in the dehydrator, unfolded, and let them dry for 5 – 6 hours.

Fold the dried plums back up and wrap with the bacon. Fry them in a hot pan with olive oil all around and best served lukewarm.
