For the yogurt cake, beat the yogurt, eggs, cinnamon and sugar until fluffy and add the oil. Add flour and baking powder and fold in the grated apples.

Pour the mixture into any baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
