Cut the turkey cutlets in half, place in a gratin dish, sprinkle with half of the onion soup powder. Sauté the zucchini and peppers in the light butter, then spread evenly over the cutlets along with the mushrooms. Sprinkle the remaining onion soup powder on top. Top up with the whipped cream until it reaches the vegetables. Then sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake everything together at 175 °C in the oven for about 45-60 minutes. Serve with long-grain rice, potatoes or white bread.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
