Flour, crumbled yeast, water, oil, 1 egg and salt in a wide form and prepare with the mixer or possibly the food processor in 3 to 5 minutes to a smooth yeast dough. Preheat the oven to 50 °C for 5 min, turn it off, let the covered dough rise in the oven for 15 min. In the meantime, cut mozzarella into small cubes, ham into tender strips. Chop sage finely. After the dough has risen, knead these ingredients into the yeast dough, then form it into a loaf and let it rise again for about 15 minutes. Mix the second egg with a tablespoon of water and brush the dough with it, bake in the heated oven.
