For the small pizzas with anchovies and artichokes, blanch (scald) the beef tomatoes and remove the skin. Cut them in half, remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Cut the artichokes and mozzarella into pieces, anchovy fillets into very small pieces.

Place the pizza dough on the work surface and cut out circles (use a cookie cutter or a glass).

Place the dough circles on an oiled baking sheet and spread with tomato sauce – leave a border free. Top with tomato chunks, anchovy fillets, artichokes, capers and olives and finally sprinkle with the mozzarella cubes and chopped oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and bake the small pizzas in a preheated oven at 220 °C for 10- 12 minutes until crispy.

Sprinkle the small pizzas with anchovies and artichokes with fresh basil before serving.
