For the semolina dumplings, boil the milk, butter and salt and pour in 200g of semolina, stirring constantly until the mixture separates from the dishes.

Mix in the whole eggs and the remaining semolina and season with nutmeg. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

Line perforated cooking containers with cling film and form semolina dumplings.
