Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Peel the potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces. Soak the mushrooms in the whipping cream. Clean and rinse the zucchini. Cut zucchini into slices, ham into strips. Fry zucchini in hot fat. Put potatoes, zucchini and ham in a greased dish. Season. Stir in whisked egg yolk, kitchen herbs and mushroom whipped cream. Season to taste. Pour over the casserole. Bake at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
