For the bolognese, cut the onion, carrots and soup vegetables into cubes or small slices. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown, add the mince and fry. Once the mince is cooked through, add the carrots and soup vegetables and sauté.

Once all the excess liquid from the mince has evaporated, deglaze with a sip of red wine. Add paprika powder and stir. Last but not least, add fresh diced tomatoes and the canned tomatoes. Add salt, pepper and herbs as well. Let this simmer on low for about 2 hours. Serve the bolognese with pasta. Buon appetito!
