Instructions:

For the herb soup, finely dice the onion. Fry in the best olive oil. Finely chop the herbs and fry briefly.

Add vegetable soup (or 250 ml water and 2 tablespoons instant vegetable soup). Add bread in pieces.

Simmer for approx. 15 – 20 minutes. Stir in the Activia natural yogurt and a tablespoon of creme fraiche. Season with salt and pepper and blend with a hand blender until creamy.

If desired, toast bread cubes and garnish the soup with them.
