For the herb spread, drain the low-fat yogurt in a coffee filter over a glass of water.Finely puree the herbs and low-fat yogurt with a blender or in a stand mixer to give the spread a nice green color.Stir the low-fat curd with a fork until smooth and mix with the yogurt-herb mixture.Season the herb spread with salt and pepper.
