A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cook a sponge cake dough from the ingredients, folding in the food coloring together with the sugar. Place a 25 x 30 cm baking frame on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour in the sponge mixture, smooth it down and bake it on the spot at 180 degrees in a heated oven for about 20 minutes.

After baking, remove the frame and turn the sponge out onto a piece of parchment paper sprinkled with sugar, cool on a cooling rack. Put the cold sponge on a plate, therefore put the cleaned baking frame.

Cook both packets of pudding together according to instructions, cover with plastic wrap and cool. Stir cold pudding well repeatedly with hand mixer and spread on sponge cake. Peel kiwis, cut into narrow slices, spread evenly in waves on top of pudding mixture. Cook cake glaze with sugar, white wine and water according to instructions and carefully spread evenly over fruit. Set the icing and leave to cool for 1-2 hours.
