Soak and dry matie fillets as needed and cut into large cubes. Finely dice gherkin, meat, beet, onions, apples and eggs, coarsely chop capers. Stir through mayo, yogurt and ketchup, season heartily with spices and mix with salad ingredients. Serve well chilled.
