Try this delicious pasta dish:

Sort out spinach and rinse thoroughly under running water. Finely shred larger leaves to taste. Peel and chop onion and garlic clove.

Make pasta al dente according to package directions.

Heat oil in a large saucepan. Stir-fry onion and garlic in it until translucent. Add spinach and pine nuts and sauté briefly until spinach collapses. Add whipping cream, season with salt and pepper and cook while stirring until creamy.

Add the drained pasta to sauce form, sprinkle with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and mix everything together well.
