Mix the dough ingredients with two tablespoons of water, knead well, rest 30 min, then roll out. First cover with tomato puree, then with mozzarella and finally with the other ingredients. Repeat the same procedure, cook both pizzas in the oven for 15 minutes. Cover one pizza with the other. Serve hot.
Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
