Clean the lettuce leaves, rinse, and pluck them into small pieces. Cut the celery into narrow half moons. Rinse the radishes, cut into quarters. Cut cleaned mushrooms into slices. Rinse vegetables, peel if necessary, and cut into cubes. Mix lettuce, vegetables and mushrooms. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and finely chopped chervil and mix well. Mix into the leaf lettuce just before serving.

This will mix all the ingredients together well.
