Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the millet-plum-milk porridge, wash the pitted plums and cut them into pieces. Heat milk in a saucepan, stir in millet flakes and bring to the boil briefly.Add the plum pieces and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly for 4 minutes. Puree with a hand blender and stir in the butter.

If necessary, let the millet-plum-milk porridge cool down to eating temperature.
