Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

First, wash, peel and dice the carrot. Cook in a little water until soft and puree with a blender.

Peel the apple and grate it with a fine grater to the carrot puree. Make sure that the core remains intact.

You can still puree the apple-carrot porridge with the blender if necessary.
