Instructions:

Steam mince with the water over medium heat until it changes color and is cooked but still firm. Remove from stove and cool a tiny bit.

Add lime juice, nuoc mam sauce and chili pepper to meat. When meat has cooled, add ginger, onion, cilantro and crab meat and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle grapefruit over leaf lettuce.

Place sslate leaves on a plate. Arrange shredded carrot on top in a ring shape and form the leaf lettuce in the center.
