For the potato pizza, peel the potatoes, grate coarsely and squeeze. Mix with eggs and sour cream. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika and stir well again.
Clean red and green peppers, cut into thin strips. Squeeze garlic cloves and mix everything into the mashed potatoes. Pour this into a greased baking dish and smooth it out.
Cut the bacon into strips and cover the potato mixture with it. Sprinkle with herb salt. Bake in the preheated oven on the bottom rack at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
Serve the potato pizza fresh from the oven.
