Instructions:

Sift the flour into a large enough bowl and make a well. Stir the yeast with sugar and water until smooth and pour into the well, stir with a little flour. Cover and place in a warm place until the yeast begins to rise.

Sprinkle 1 pinch of salt on the edge. Pour orange juice to the yeast, stir with flour. Shape everything on a surface and flatten a little. Stir and add lard and egg. Knead everything thoroughly until a smooth dough is formed. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.

In the meantime, chop the stem of the chard and rinse the leaves thoroughly. Remove the threads from the stems – as with rhubarb. Remove the hard stalks. Cut the chard into strips, sprinkle lightly with salt, briefly soak in water and squeeze.

Clean the onions, rinse, halve lengthwise and cut into strips.

Peel and chop the garlic and add to the chard with the onions. Stir in paprika powder and a tiny bit of bell pepper.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Knead the dough. Grease the baking tray. Roll the dough out thinly to the size of the baking sheet, place on the baking sheet, forming beads around the edges. Spread the vegetables evenly on the dough.

Rinse the parsley, chop the leaves. Rinse the bell bell pepper, clean it, remove the seeds, cut into small diamonds. Spread the parsley and bell pepper pieces evenly on the chard. All
