Peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds, cut into slices. Set aside a few slices for garnish. Chop dill and chervil. Blend cucumber slices with mineral water in a hand blender, place in a suitable bowl. Fold in remaining ingredients with a whisk. Put the soup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Now whisk one more time, season and garnish on plates with some cucumber slices and chervil leaves.
