For the dough:










Instructions:

For the sticks, mix all ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place until double in height. Mix sesame seeds, flax seeds and oat flakes together.

Divide the dough into equal sized pieces. Form stangles, coat with water and roll in the flaxseed mixture. Cut the stangles 3 times diagonally.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper, keep warm and let rise again. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
