Warm the buttermilk slightly and let the yeast melt in it, sprinkle with a little bit of flour and let the mixture rise in a warm place for 15 to 20 min. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat and set aside 1 tbsp of them for sprinkling. Fold the remaining flour with salt, coriander and sesame seeds into the dough. Form bread dough into a roll and place it in a greased loaf pan. Cover with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place until the volume of the dough has approximately doubled. Preheat the oven to 200 °C and place a fireproof container with hot water on the bottom of the oven. Brush bread with a small amount of water, sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and bake on middle rack for 30 to 40 min. Turn out of the pan and cool.
