Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Clean the beans, cut them whole or in pieces according to size and variety, make al dente in salted water. Then rinse with ice cold water.

Dice the onion very finely. Sauté gently in hot butter until soft. Add the crème fraîche and the finely chopped dill. Toss the beans in it for about five minutes and serve immediately.
