For the orange salad with salmon, peel the oranges, remove the white skin and cut into slices, clean the fennel and slice thinly. Mix orange juice with salt, pepper, honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Arrange oranges and fennel on plates and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle thawed salmon with lemon juice, salt and pepper . Fry in heated greased pan for 2 minutes per side, arrange with salad and sprinkle the orange salad with salmon with basil.
