For the apple-cinnamon muffins without sugar and flour, preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and prepare the muffin cups.
Beat the eggs until foamy, add the honey and mix again vigorously. Stir in cinnamon and baking powder. Stir in almond flour, coconut flour and coconut milk one at a time.
Core and peel the apples and cut into cubes. Using a spoon, stir in the apple cubes and pour the batter into the ramekins to just below the rim.
Finally, mix the ingredients for the crust in a small bowl and spread on top of the muffins.
Put the apple cinnamon muffins in the oven without sugar and flour for about 25 minutes.
