For the cloud cake, mix butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, grated lemon zest and yolks. Gently mix with the vanilla sugar and the stiffly beaten snow.

Finally, add nuts and biscuit crumbs and fill a buttered baking dish with them. Bake in a medium hot oven at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
