Instructions:

For blanched runner beans, clean, wash and cut the runner beans. Bring water with soup cubes to a boil.

Add half of the green beans and cook for about 4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and do the same with the rest.

Let the blanched green beans cool down and freeze them in portions.
