Roll the meat in the salt, berries, herbs and pepper and place in a Reindl. Mix oil and vinegar, pour over the meat and marinate everything together for one night if possible.

Cover the Reindl and simmer over medium heat for about 45 minutes. Turn the pieces of meat occasionally to the other side until they are golden brown and the liquid is almost absorbed. Arrange the meat on a heated platter, pour the remaining sauce over it. Drizzle Aceto Balsamic Vinegar over the top before serving.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
