For the spelt pancakes, mix the soy milk, water, noegg and spelt flour into a rather liquid batter, if it is too thick, just use more water.

Bake about 6 to 8 thin pancakes in a pan. Spread with the jelly and serve sprinkled with the pomegranate seeds.

Drizzle the maple syrup over the top to sweeten.
