For the liver cheese toast, place 4 slices of toast on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread them with mayonnaise and place a slice of meatloaf on top of each.

Spread the liver cheese with the gypsy sauce. Cut the peach or apple halves into thin slices and place them on the liver cheese toasts spread with gypsy sauce.

Finally, place a slice of cheese on top of each. Bake everything together for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
