Instructions:

First separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a little lemon juice until stiff. Mix egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Mix hemp flour, whole spelt flour and Ovaltine. Mix the snow and flour alternately into the egg mixture.

Spread the dough on the prepared tray and bake for about 15 minutes. While still hot, brush with Powidl and carefully roll up.
