Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Make macaroni al dente. Finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Add the minced meat. Peel the tomatoes, cut into cubes and add. Chop the parsley and add. Season with pepper, salt, cinnamon and pimento powder, add red wine and simmer for 10 minutes.
Heat butter, add flour, sweat and slowly pour in milk. Simmer and season with nutmeg, salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Cool slightly, then fold in 2 eggs.
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Grease a gratin dish. Layer half of the macaroni, sprinkle with 100 g feta cheese. Then fold one egg into the minced meat mixture, form on the noodles, form the remaining noodles on top. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle another 100 g of feta cheese evenly over the casserole. Bake for 40 minutes.
