Leaves Product Knowledge:

Linden leaves are best picked fresh from the tree, washed and patted dry. Also edible are linden, oak, beech, bird cherry, spruce, hawthorn, fir, birch, pine and maple. Yew, on the other hand, is poisonous. The leaves can be kept in a sealed can in the refrigerator for several days. Spruce tips – chopped or possibly in one piece – freeze just as well.
