Instructions:

Heat oil in a saucepan, sauté rolled barley until translucent. Add onions, turmeric and greens. Salt, season with pepper and extinguish with white wine.

Gradually add the hot clear soup until the rolled barley is soft. To serve, grate Parmesan cheese over the top.
