For the cherry jam with marzipan, wash and pit the cherries and puree with a hand blender. Cut the marzipan into small cubes and add to the cherries.

Mix the fruit pulp with the jam sugar, bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes until bubbling. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the fruit pulp.

Fill the cherry jam with marzipan into sterile screw-top jars and seal immediately.
