Instructions:

For the muesli with roasted sesame, first rinse the apples properly.

Cut out the core, quarter and finely slice. Separate the banana from the peel and cut into slices. Separate orange from peel, carve into wedges and cut in half.

Gently heat sesame seeds in a frying pan, stirring throughout until golden. Optionally add a spoonful of brown sugar and toast with the sesame seeds. Mix together oatmeal, yogurt and milk. Add chopped fruit, blackberries and the toasted sesame seeds.

Serve the muesli with toasted sesame seeds in a glass or bowl.
