Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

In the meantime, cut the sausages into slices and medium dice the onion. Roast both in the oil. The sausages should be lightly browned.

Cut the garlic clove into small cubes, remove the seeds from the peperonis and cut them into cubes as well. Mix both together with the sour cream, eggs, tomato paste and mustard. Add a little milk if necessary, the sauce should be viscous. Season to taste with the spices.

Grate the cheese.

Drain the pasta, grease a gratin dish and layer pasta, sausage and 2/3 of the cheese twice. The last layer is noodles. Spread the sauce evenly by the tablespoon. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and put it in the heated oven. Bake at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.

Serve with a fresh leaf salad.
