For the tocino, mix sugar, salt, pressed garlic and the soy sauce until smooth. Marinate the chopped meat in it for 1 – 2 days.
For the further preparation, cut the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil. Add the meat without juice and fry.
Add the diced bell pepper, then the juice and simmer a little. Mix the whipping cream with a little flour, stir in and thicken with it.
Cook the rice according to package instructions and serve with the meat. Sprinkle with herbs or chili as desired.
