For the Mie noodles from the wok, first wash the chicken fillet, dab dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Mix a marinade of soy sauce and chili paste, put the meat in it and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

Then fry the meat in a hot wok with a little oil for about 4 minutes.

In the meantime, chop the vegetables and put the Mie noodles in hot water.

Remove the meat from the wok and set aside and sauté the vegetables including peas with a dash of soy sauce. After about 5 minutes, add meat and Mie noodles (drain water first) to vegetables, mix and stir-fry again briefly.

If necessary, season with salt and soy sauce before serving.
