For the warm raspberry sauce, sort out raspberries, mix with preserving sugar and puree with a hand blender. Mix cornstarch with lemon juice.

Heat the raspberries, stir in the cornstarch, bring to the boil once, cool slightly and pour the warm raspberry sauce into nice glasses.
