Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Steam the long-grain rice with fat and a tiny bit of clear soup until grainy soft (for 1 cup long-grain rice in about 1 1/2 cups clear soup).
On the greased bottom of an ovenproof baking dish (or pan), form a layer of steamed long-grain rice. On top, sprinkle sliced onions roasted in fat and peppers cut into strips. On top of it, put the roast pork cut into cubes and roasted in fat. On top put a layer of tomatoes cut into pieces.
Close the baking dish and bake at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
