30 dag minced meat gives 6 pieces of ready bananas (quarters)

Finely chop the onion and parsley. Knead the minced meat with the onions, parsley, egg and the soaked breadcrumbs (in water) to a meat dough and season with salt and pepper. If necessary, fold in a little flour. Sticks better together. Divide the meat dough into 6 portions, wrap a peeled banana (quarter bananas) in each unit, press well until smooth.

Now fry the wrapped bananas in the butter (in special coated frying pan) until they are really brown. Remove portions from the frying pan. Pour the clear soup into the pan. Pour sauce into other frying pan and mix in curry and whipped cream. Remove the peel from the last banana, mash it and add it to the sauce. Let the sauce really bubble up again. Serve the bananas with the sauce.

I prefer to eat wild long grain rice with it.
