Instructions:

Wash and sort the raspberries. Then finely puree and pass through a sieve as desired.

Bring the preserving sugar to the boil according to the package instructions. Add the raspberry puree, herbs and a squeeze of lemon juice and mix thoroughly.

Pour the still-warm jam into jam jars and then place them, lids down, in a pan of cold water.
