Instructions:

For the raspberry parfait, first puree the raspberries. Pass through a sieve.

Make a sugar syrup by heating water and sugar and let cool.

Mix the raspberry puree and syrup, then stir in the cream cheese.

Pour the mixture into a tureen lined with plastic wrap or small ramekins and freeze the raspberry parfait for several hours (preferably overnight).
