Instructions:

Clean the cauliflower, wash it, divide it into florets, put it in boiling, salted water and cook until done.

Add mixed vegetables briefly and then drain everything in a sieve. Soak gelatin according to instructions, squeeze well and dissolve in a little hot vegetable broth.

Mix with the rest of the vegetable soup and the white wine, season with pepper and salt and leave to cool slightly.

Rinse 8 cups in cold water, pour in some of the braising liquid and carefully place the vegetables. Pour the remaining liquid over them and let them set.

Place cups in the refrigerator. To serve, dip in hot water and turn out the vegetable sulz.
