For stuffed tomatoes, wash tomatoes, cut off cap and scoop out with a small spoon. Peel hard-boiled eggs, mash yolks and chop egg whites.

Mix both with the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper, fill into the tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley. Put the lid on.
